Details
The wine is left on the lees until bottling this increases the creaminess without losing freshness. Suggested to leave for 8 months to two years but does drink well whilst still young. Flavours of litchi , guava backed up by cut grass aroma and a creamy mouth feel with a flinty finish.Apples and tropical fruit on the nose, smooth on the palate quite full bodied.
Tank Fermented, on lees for 5 months in 100% stainless steel
