Details
Intense purple with saturated, opaque center; ripe layers of mulberry, plums, blackcherry and dark chocolate/mocha tones, a trace of minerality and forward oak aromatics add more complexity; boisterous display of Pinotage character with firm tannins and good acidity bodes well for some 3-5 years of maturation.
A definite food wine. Match with ostrich steak covered in a dark chocolate / chilli sauce.
