Merlot (60%) Cabernet Sauvignon (40%) blend. A combination of chocolate, peppercorns, blackberry and cigarbox flavours. Serve with grilled beef of casserole. Fermented in open vats and matured in French oak for 18 months. Drink now or within 5 years.
