Details
Youthful sunshine, apple green. With age it will develop a golden honey colour. Lovely honey blossom, jasmine, sour fig preserve and sugared peaches on the nose. Peach, apricot and lemon drops with vanilla infused and grapefruit peel on the palate. There is a good underlying acidity but with sweetness, clean and refined. The long finish is fresh. The wine will age exceptionally well and show fuller flavour as it develops. To be enjoyed with cheese & preserves & sweet desserts.
