Details
A classic Cabernet Sauvignon named after the distinctive gravel soils in which the vines are planted and the old quarry site where the winery stands today.
Superbly balanced with a rich bouquet of blackberry, mulberry and spicy oak supported by firm, supple tannins.
Year to year the grapes from this block keep making Glen Carlou's most stunning dark and concentrated Cabernet Sauvignon. This is a wine which will age extremely well and will benefit with up to 15 years ageing.
