Details
This wine is called Free Run because we only use the wine that flows freely from the press. We also only use grapes from the unique grape growing area called Elim. As you will taste, this mineral-rich coastal shelf has some of the world's best soil types for growing Sauvignon Blanc.
This wine displays all the classical cues of a cool climate Sauvignon Blanc. Refreshing herbaceousness is followed by zesty green peppers, passion fruit, fig and lime aromas. This enticing complexity characterises the palate, giving this wine a full yet fresh and crisp flavour. Perfect with seafood or spicy Asian dishes.
