Details
Raigmore is the name of the Finlayson family’s Champion dairy herd they have owned for almost 50 years, The same attention to details that the family puts into dairy breeding program is obvious in it’s winemaking principals and this blend has delivered the intense flavours of mulberry, cassis and summer herb garden intermingled with vanilla spice. The solid tannin backbone and fresh acidity add to the wines potential longevity with a rich mouthful flavour.
Grapes were hand picked and fermented in stainless steel tanks, Matured in new and second fill French oak barrels blended at 10 months and further matured for 4 months. 40% New French oak and 60% 2nd fill French oak.
