Details
Intense ruby red. The wine holds an abundance of Christmas fruit cake, black cherry, ripe black plums and Cedar wood on the nose. On the palate the grape and wood tannins are well balanced with a strawberry/raspberry finish.
Enjoy on its own or with roast leg of lamb, slow braised lamb shank with rosemary and thyme, and mature Gouda.
