A generous well rounded wine with a long lingering after taste, brimming with gooseberry and asparagus flavours. This is the perfect accompaniment to any seafood or white meat dishes.
After soft pressing without skin contact the wine was fermented at 12-14C and stabilized on the lees for 6 months before bottling.
