Full bodied well structured wine with black cherry aromas and a hint of cassis and spice on the nose. Ripe,rich plums, mocha on the palate. Generous mouth feel and long lingering finish. Food friendly wine with dry tannins will compliment any red meat and game dishes
Dry fermented with selected yeast. After malolactic fermentation the wine matured in French oak barrels for 18 months.
61% Cabernet Sauvignon, 23% Merlot, 12% Petit Verdot, 4% Shiraz
