Details
A fragrant floral nose with sweet lemon-blossom and a hint of dry figs and fine lees. Citrus notes through to the palate. Opulent but gentle with a pleasant, long lingering aftertaste. Serve with seafood, mushrooms and white meat dishes.
The grapes had skin contact for 6 hours before soft pressing. The wine was fermented at 12-14˚C and stabilized for 9 months on the lees. Before bottling the wine was blended with 5% barrel fermented wine that spent 9 months in French oak.
