The wine captures the essence of a cool climate blend and is an excellent example of a New World wine with well integrated fruit and a subtle toasted wood flavours. Well balanced soft tannins make this an ideal wine to enjoy on its own or with food. Elegant eucalyptus flavours with a hint of plum and black pepper on the nose which follow through on the palate. 15 months 70% New Oak and 30% 2nd fill French Oak.
