This blend of 57% Cabernet Sauvignon with 43% Sauvignon Blanc is designed to entice ladies and gentlemen to enjoy a young quality red wine with good value. The current blend has an increased amount of Cabriere Sauvignon which has added structure, yet it’s elegance ensures immediate enjoyment, especially when slightly chilled to 16oC . Arnim Sauvignon Rouge has the sophistication of a quality redey a satisfying and rewarding elegance, which young red wines sometimes lack. The berry fruit of Cabernet Sauvignon leads and is well supported by the firm dryness of the Sauvignon Blanc.

The inherent characteristics of the cultivars of this blend create a dangerously enjoyable red wine to be enjoyed with pasta, game fish and red meat, due to it’s rewarding firm finish.
