Details
Medium depth in colour with a ripe, spicy nose giving way to supple fruit on the palate with good acidity that lifts the chocolaty fruit on the finish.
Two harvests took place in late February. The old vines provided wide range of flavours due to variation in vine vigour and crop load. The grapes were hand picked.
The wine then cool fermented at 10-12ºC with fruit from the young vines fermented with an aromatic yeast.
Then the wine aged two months in temperature controlled stainless tanks.
