The Home of Fine South African Wine in the UK

Wine Routes

Table Mountain‘The combination of South Africa’s breathtaking landscapes, spectacular fauna and flora, rich cultural kaleidoscope, affable people and dramatic history makes it one of the most inviting countries in the world’ – Lindiwe Mabuza, the South African High Commissioner in London. This is supported by statistics showing that over 600 000 Britons visited South Africa in 2006, making it one of the most popular long haul destinations in the UK.

We have decided to start a series called ‘Discovering the Cape’ where we will feature a region or sub region of the Cape Winelands, give you an idea of the climate and types of wines to expect from the area and we will put together a mixed case of the wineries featured in the article.
